    At first it seemed like it helped now I feel the same as before I started taking the medicine other than the fact that none of my clothes fit and there is a lot more of me to carry around. Anyone know if I quit taking it if the weight will fall back off I started Hydroxychloroquine 2 weeks ago. One week in and I thought this may just work, except for the ‘extra itchiness’ I seemed to get every night.

  5. I started on the Plaquenil a little over a week ago. Not much in the way of side effects. Some minor stomach stuff but that could be normal and not related to the Plaquenil. I started at 200mg and increased to 400mg after a week. Andie213, my fatigue has been frustrating for me as well.
